Customer Care Rep

We are actively seeking an individual who is highly organized with lots of initiative and the ability to multi-task. The right candidate will be able to prioritize and have excellent administrative and computer skills, the ability to work under pressure and within a team environment. This full-time position is in-house at our main office in Vernon, CA. We have a number of active fans and retailers that need our love and support, and are awaiting that special someone with the perfect combination of skill and inspiration to align with our tribe and take our vision to the next level. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with any issues in regard to their returns or their orders via email or by phone
  • Communicate order information promptly to customers
  • Help customers register online and process orders (for both wholesale and retail customers)
  • Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
  • Liaise with the warehouse for any issues with customers orders
  • Maintain a high level of awareness at all time
  • Manage all returns and exchanges for wholesale and retail
  • Help customers with product enquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Follow up with all existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • MAC literate (preferable)
  • Fluent English language skills required
  • Good written & verbal skills
  • Excellent communication skills specifically in regard to building relationships with customers
  • Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
  • Experience with Customer Care in an office environment or on the shop floor
  • Experience using ZenDesk
  • 1+ years experience in the fashion industry in both customer care and sales (preferably active wear, ready-to-wear, and lifestyle)
